At Asian International College – India, we strongly believe in the design and delivery of quality early childhood teacher education and professional development that reflects the latest thinking in the field, using state-of-the-art technologies and pedagogies. Our growing team comprises experienced individuals supporting both the academic and pastoral needs of our learners.
Faculty at AIC-I do not serve as lecturers. Rather, they are present in the courses as guides and facilitators who encourage collaboration and learning from within the peer learning network. Faculty at AIC-I usually have a Master’s degree in education or a related field, and some teaching experience. Additionally, they have often served in leadership positions at schools or other education-related institutions. Apart from these qualifications, they are also committed to online learning and helping their students become life-long, digitally-literate learners.
